Susan Tramontana
CEO / Founder
Susan Tramontana, the founder and CEO of Quality Service Control,
began the company with over 17 years of experience in the Restaurant
Industry.
Susan began her experience in 1980 with TGI Friday's, Inc. where
she was involved with every position and aspect of the Front
of House operations for over 12 years. Susan opened 30 restaurants
for Friday's, including two in the United Kingdom, where she
was chosen to be one of three employees to represent the United
States. During her time at Friday's, Susan also became a Regional
Field Trainer for 22 locations. Responsibilities for this position
included overseeing all training from Host to Manager in every
location, writing and approving corporate training material,
and implementing new standards and procedures.
Susan then was recruited as Director of Training for a Red Robin
Franchise Company where she created and implemented a complete
training program for all positions of the restaurant operation.
She opened one location for Red Robin as Director of Training.
Susan attended and completed a 2-year certified program of Hotel
and Restaurant Management at Golden Gate University, San Francisco.
Since QSC's conception in 1995, the company has grown to represent
many multi-unit concepts throughout the US and Canada.
QSC continues to be the "First Choice" of Mystery
Shopping Services throughout the country and beyond offering
professionalism and integrity.
